Grammy winner Babyface getting abruptly cut off during a red carpet interview on the Grammys red carpet has gone viral – check it out below.During the red carpet event, Babyface, who has won numerous Grammys for his performance and production work, was speaking to two reporters from Associated Press (AP) as Chappell Roan walked by them.Though mid-answer, Babyface was swiftly cut off as the interviewers called out for Chappell.

Babyface appeared stunned, but approached the incident diplomatically, telling the reporters: “You guys wanna do that? Go do that.”The interviews offer him a quick apology before turning their attention to Chappell Roan, who would go on to be crowned Best New Artist later during the ceremony.
