Although it’s been 29 years since the release of Nirvana’s classic 1991 album, Nevermind, the band is now being sued by the baby who appeared on the album’s cover as he claims he was exploited by the bandmembers.
Spencer Elden, is suing Nirvana for child sexual exploitation, saying he was unable to consent to having his naked image used on the famous 1991 album cover.
The 30-year-old is bringing the court case against Nirvana’s surviving members Krist Novalseic, Foo Fighter’s frontman Dave Grohl, and the estate of the late Kurt Cobain, who died by suicide in 1994.
