Irvine Meadow have expressed their delight over an SJFA proposal to set-up a West of Scotland League.Meadow chairman Robert Jeffrey today revealed the club's stance in the wake of Junior chiefs lodging an application to the Scottish FA to set up the new league in time for next season.Beaks hope the move will ensure West Junior clubs inclusion within the Scottish FA pyramid structure.Jeffrey told the Irvine Herald: "Irvine Meadow are delighted that the SJFA has finally made an application to the Scottish FA to form a West of Scotland League for season 20/21."Although there is a still a lot to be discussed, we hope to have more information in the next two weeks regarding the new set-up."Even without the SJFA application Meadow would still
