house price in Scotland has reached a record high after climbing to £177,166 in July. Figures from the UK House Price Index show the price is a 14.6% rise on July 2020 and a 2% increase from June this year.
Semi-detached properties showed the largest increase in average house price, rising by 16.3% in the year to July to £187,181, Registers of Scotland (RoS) said.
