EXCLUSIVE: Authentic Talent & Literary Management, the management company founded by Jon Rubinstein, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, has upped Joshua Pasch and Philip Grenz to partner, also adding literary manager Raquelle David and manager and digital strategist Logan Potter to its growing team.
With his promotion, Grenz also becomes Head of the Talent Department. “By promoting Joshua and Philip and adding Raquelle and Logan to our team, we’re reinforcing what this company does best,” Rubinstein told Deadline, “empowering creative people to transform ideas into reality, which in turn makes a real impact that shapes culture.” With Authentic since 2012, new partner Pasch began his career there as Rubinstein’s assistant and has since become an integral leader in the company’s growth.
Over the past decade, he has cultivated a talent roster including Justin H. Min (Beef), Laz Alonso (The Boys), John Bradley (Game of Thrones), Liam Cunningham (3 Body Problem), Lilli Kay (Your Honor), and Aria Mia Loberti (All the Light We Cannot See).
