EXCLUSIVE: Australian fitness influencer Kayla Itsines is launching a podcast featuring the likes of Jameela Jamil.
Itsines, who has 16 million followers on Instagram, is hosting Sweat and Daily with Kayla Itsines, in which she will aim to help listeners achieve fitness goals.
She is the co-creator of a series of fitness ebooks titled Bikini Body Guides and a meal-planning and workout app, Sweat with Kayla.
Launching today, the podcast will each week cover a new wellness-related theme, ranging from fitness and nutrition to mindfulness and motivation, sleep and biohacking.
