East Kilbride have been booted out of the South Challenge Cup again after Auchinleck Talbot successfully appealed their elimination over an 'ineligible' player row.Talbot had defeated the Lowland League side 1-0 to move into a quarter-final tie against Caledonian Braves on April 1, but fielding goalkeeper Josh Bradley-Hurst, who they signed on an emergency loan from League One club Clyde, and who was cup-tied, saw them booted out of the competition.That put East Kilbride back in the competition and they were preparing to face their Lowland League neighbours, only to be turfed out again.Bradley-Hurst, who played for Clydebank against Pollok earlier in the competition, was signed because Marc Fisher - another new signing - had played for Troon in an earlier round.Talbot argued immediately that the information they had been provided with suggested that Bradley-Hurst was eligible.Follow Lanarkshire Live Sport onTwitter via@LanLiveSport, like us onFacebookor find us onInstagramfor the latest sports news, pictures and video.
