As TMZ reported, Baena's assistant made a distressing call to police and fire services on Friday shortly after 10:30 am, after which law enforcement confirmed Baena's death upon their arrival.Investigations into the filmmaker's cause of death are currently ongoing.Renowned for directing the films 'Life After Beth' and 'The Little Hours', Jeff Baena had worked on several other projects including 'Joshy' (2016), 'Horse Girl' (2020), and 'Spin Me Round' (2022).
