Natasha Hamilton has shared that she was given care by a mental health team after she gave birth to her fourth child in 2014.

The former Atomic Kitten singer, 38, bravely shared that she struggled with "mental health ups and downs" as she went through the end of her marriage to Riad Erraji.

Speaking on the Mindkite Podcast, Natasha explained that she had a "full breakdown" and was placed under the care of a psychiatrist after giving birth to daughter Ella. "I was married for seven years, got divorced, lost the plot a little bit, went through some mental health ups and downs, and then I had my daughter in 2014," she said.
