At Home With The Furys scored Netflix a rare entry in the UK’s highest-rated television shows after its first episode was seen by 2.6M viewers.
The documentary series spotlighting boxer Tyson Fury and his family was the 36th most-watched show in the week to August 20, according to Barb, the UK’s official audience research group.
Sitting between two news bulletins, it was Netflix’s first entry in the top 50 ranking since Matilda The Musical in June. Working Title’s reimagining of Roald Dahl’s iconic novel was also watched by 2.6M.
Produced by All3Media’s Optomen, At Home With The Furys broke into Barb’s ranking where others have failed, including the second season of buzzy young adult drama Heartstopper.
