Wearing a grey T-shirt and looking run down after biking 25 miles and going for a fresh water swim, he explained: "It's been a mad 10 days.
I actually caught Covid – quite bad to be honest." Describing the symptoms he suffered during this time, he continued: "I was in bed straight for five days.
