The reality star spoke out after crying as she shared how seven-month-old Azaylia had relapsed. Azaylia was diagnosed with a rare form of leukaemia after her birth in August and has been in and out of hospital ever since.
Ashley has been by his daughter's side throughout the ordeal and together with partner Safiyya has spent nights in hospital with the youngster this week.
In his latest post, the 30-year-old dad admitted to his followers that there are 'very few options' left for Azaylia to beat the illness.
