Paisley armed forces personnel have been recognised for going above and beyond for their communities recently.Seven Army Reservists, an Army Reserve civil servant and five Cadet Force Adult Volunteers were praised by the Lord-Lieutenant for Renfrewshire for their outstanding service.In a ceremony hosted at the Hawkhead Road Army Reserve Centre in Paisley on Saturday, August 27, the awardees received Lord-Lieutenant’s Certificates of Meritorious Service - recognised as exceptional honours throughout the Ministry of Defence - from Colonel Peter McCarthy.Don't miss the latest headlines from around Renfrewshire.
