She wrote alongside the snap: "And, also how much sage is too much sage? asking for a friend obvs [obviously]." While it has seen a resurgence in recent years, burning sage is an ancient ritual which dates back to prehistoric times and is thought to cleanse a person and get rid of unwanted spirits.
The new image comes as Elizabeth's estranged husband, 34, has reportedly been pulling out of TV work and films after he was caught up in a Twitter storm over unverified DMs - claims which he has previously denied in a statement.
