Armed police have sealed off a street in Arbroath as they deal with an ongoing incident. Police were called to Keptie Street in the Angus town just before 1.30pm on Sunday, November 20.A spokesperson for the force confirmed officers were at the scene as they deal with reports of concern for a person.The street has been sealed off by officers since around 3pm, with fire and ambulance crews also in attendance.Images from the scene show a police cordon erected with dozens of emergency vehicles and armed police surrounding the building, which is near Angus College.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police are dealing with a concern for person incident and officers are at the scene."
