Mobile phone footage has captured actors filming a gunshot scene through the back streets of the Northern Quarter. The loud bangs of gunfire have echoed through the streets throughout this week as crews continued to film for a new Disney+ series.
Those living and working in the area have also spotted controlled explosions bursting through windows at different sites, as well as high speed car chases filmed by drones above.
It comes as Manchester became the chosen backdrop for the new Disney+ series Culprits - set to star Gemma Arterton, with filming going on across various sets in the city.
The shoot-out was captured on camera being filmed on Lever Street and Faraday Street in the Northern Quarter on Sunday (March 20) with the roads around being blocked off temporarily.
