The 7 Rings singer, 27, hinted last week that a film was in the works about her Sweetener tour, which saw a 97-date run of gigs and had her perform in front of 1.3 million people.
Now a number of film studios and distributors are said to be keen to get the rights to the film, with Netflix at the front of the queue.
An insider told The Sun: "Ariana’s team are negotiating a huge deal between a number of big hitters, with Netflix and YouTube both showing interest.
