Ariana DeBose, Darren Criss & Krysta Rodriguez Perform at Covenant House Gala 2022
justjared.comAriana DeBose keeps it chic in a very spring-y ensemble at the 2022 Night of Covenant House Stars Gala held at Chelsea Industrial on Monday (May 23)in New York City.
The 31-year-old recent Oscar winner was joined by Darren Criss, and Krysta Rodriguez, who all performed at the gala, which raised funds and awareness for the organization fighting homeless youth.
The trio of stars also honored news anchor Robin Roberts, who was awarded with the Beacon of Hope Award. The gala also celebrated Covenant House’s 50th anniversary.
Rising to Tomorrow, the theme of this year’s event, highlighted Covenant House’s 50 years of service and reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to preventing and ending youth homelessness. Darren opened the gala with a rendition of Keane’s “Somewhere Only We Know,” and Ariana performed a mashup of Coldplay’s “Fix You” with Adele’s “Turning Tables.” Meanwhile, Krysta performed “What’s Up?” and” Don’t Worry Be Happy”.
