Arcade Fire seem to be teasing a return on social media. Check out the details below. The Canadian indie-rock band got fans talking recently when they made some drastic changes to their social media pages.
On Instagram, this included wiping all of their posts and uploading a new profile picture, bio and website link. Now on their page, the cover image is a new, vibrant pink design which also has a simple sketch that makes it look like closed eyes.
The bio also has a cryptic message that reads: “It’s the year of the snake so let your heart break”, and the new link takes fans to a website that has the same pink artwork. While it isn’t yet clear what possible new announcements the band could be leading up to, it is worth noting that this is a similar approach to what Win Butler and co.
did three years ago. Back in 2022, the band removed all of their Instagram posts and changed the artwork on the page in the lead-up to them announcing their sixth studio album ‘WE’.Eagle-eyed fans have started noticing the number of posts shared by the band on Stories as well, with many taking to social media to speculate what could be in the works.
