Apple’s motor racing event movie starring Brad Pitt has officially been titled F1. The streamer dropped the film’s name and first-look poster on socials this morning.
Apple also announced that a teaser for the pic will drop this weekend at the British Grand Prix. The pic is directed by Joseph Kosinski and will land in global cinemas on June 25, 2025.
Kosinski is also a producer on the pic alongside Jerry Bruckheimer and Chad Oman of Jerry Bruckheimer Films. Pitt, Dede Gardner, and Jeremy Kleiner for Plan B Entertainment, and seven-time racing world champion Lewis Hamilton under his Dawn Apollo Films banner.
Academy Award-nominee Ehren Kruger (Top Gun: Maverick) penned the screenplay. Penni Thow serves as executive producer. As Deadline first told you, the F1 package was snapped up by Apple for $130 million-$140 million.
