Appeal to trace missing Ayr man, 26, last seen four days ago

Concerns are growing over a missing man who was last seen in Ayr on Saturday night. Officers are appealing for the help of the public to trace 26-year-old Daniel Jeffrey reported missing from the town.

Daniel was last seen around 11pm on Saturday, July 15, in the Kincaidston area and concerns are growing for his welfare. He is described as 5ft 10ins, of slim build, with brown hair.

He is likely wearing a black beanie hat, black jogging bottoms, a navy hooded top and green Wellington boots. Inspector Joanne Logan said: “Our enquiries to trace Daniel are ongoing and I would urge anyone who has seen him or knows where he is to get in touch.” Anyone who can assist should call 101, quoting incident number 1806 of Sunday, 16 July, 2023.
