Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Manchester United are in a position they haven't been in for a decade, one of joy and celebration but with the promise of even better times on the horizon.
A promise that looks likely to be fulfilled. Erik ten Hag has done a remarkable job in his few short months in charge at Old Trafford.
It should never be forgotten that he inherited a United side that had just put in its worst-ever Premier League campaign, one riddled with disruptive personalities and filled to the brim with self-loathing.
He has transformed the side on and off the pitch. A long-lost self-belief has returned and those who spent the last decade rejoicing in the club's misfortune are mourning their lost days of glee.
