Anthony Joshua has told Tyson Fury to come and join his management company — so he can turn him into a superstar. The two heavyweight world champions are set to face off in a unification bout next year providing Joshua comes through his clash with Kubrat Pulev at Wembley on Saturday.
Final negotiations need to take place between the pair but both, for now, say they are content with a 50/50 split. Previously, Fury rejected a 60/40 offer for the fight from Joshua and AJ’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, maintains his client has the bigger pull.
But Fury, as he claimed last week when he released a video on social media asking the BBC to withdraw him from the Sports Personality of the Year shortlist, is adamant he is the People’s Champion.
