Whilst many celebrity BAFTA-goers were no doubt nursing a sore head this morning after the big night on Sunday, 12 May, Ant McPartlin is sure to have woken up fresh as a daisy after leaving the TV awards early and heading home.

The 48 year old ITV presenter was seen leaving in a chauffeur-driven car, still wearing his smart tuxedo that he had earlier posed on the red carpet in.

Before getting into the car, Ant could be seen in great spirits as he hugged a mystery blonde woman outside the venue. Ant was likely keen to get back home to his heavily-pregnant wife, Anne-Marie Corbett, who didn't join him at the BAFTAs on Sunday night.

Ant and Anne-Marie are set to become parents together for the first time this summer. Ant is already a step-dad to Anne-Marie's two daughters from a previous relationship.
