Get Me Out of Here! iconic hosts Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly faced pre-show chaos when a mischievous fire alarm cut their sleep short.The Geordie duo, who rise at the crack of dawn (2am Aussie time) to prep for the 7pm live show, were jolted awake just after hitting the hay at 6:30pm on Monday (26 November), with the blaring alarm disrupting their much-needed slumber.

Chilling in their usual luxury digs - a £1,000-a-night beachfront penthouse not far from all the jungle action - they confessed to fans how shattered they felt during Tuesday’s screening at 9pm UK time.

When quizzed during an Instagram Live with, "Are you both tired?", Dec didn't hold back: "We are and I shall tell why.There was a fire alarm last night at 9.30pm.

I know that might sound early for you, doesn't it, but we go to bed at 6.30pm." Ever so candidly, Ant chimed in: "You are three hours in and those first three hours are your deep sleep, that's you're really good sleep." Dec couldn't help but rib his pal: "You can tell he missed out on his beauty sleep last night...look at the state of him today." In their private life, Dec enjoys the Aussie stay with his wife Ali Astall and their kids Isla, six, and two year old Jack.
