Another strong week for Lanarkshire teacher competing in this year's Great British Bake Off

It was another solid week in the Great British Bake Off tent for Lanarkshire music teacher Kevin Flynn. The 33-year-old remains in the competition after sailing through Biscuit Week last night on the hit Channel 4 show.

And to top off a fine week in the tent for Kevin, his 'Mythical Mask' showstopper impressed enough to seal a place in Week 3.On judging the masterpiece, Dame Prue Leith told Kevin: "The whole thing is a joy".Last night also saw the first of the highly-coveted Hollywood handshakes being awarded to two bakers, but Kevin will need to try again next week to be at the receiving end of this accolade.
