Anne Hathaway stuns as she brings back her iconic Devil Wears Prada fringe
ok.co.ukShe might have swapped the Chanel boots for a Versace campaign, but Anne Hathaway has brought back one of our favourite looks on her – her The Devil Wears Prada fringe.The A-lister starred in The Devil Wears Prada way back in 2006, where she played Andy Sachs, the assistant to Meryl Streep’s formidable Miranda Priestly and fashion novice.
During the movie’s iconic makeover montage (because what’s a 00s film without one) Andy is given a complete image overhaul, complete with a glossy new full fringe that was, of course, immaculately styled.
It was a genius transformation, the perfect combination of soft and edgy that suited her character, and now fans of the film will be thrilled to know that nearly 20 years later, Anne has brought back the look.
For her latest fashion campaign for Italian fashion house Versace, Anne poses as part of their “Icons” collection, styled in blue jeans, a leather jacket and a black corset top, with a choppy full fringe cut back in.
