A dad pointed a gun at a terrified food delivery driver and said "what now, what now" after confronting him for parking outside his house.
Anthony Cooper, 50, claimed "it was a moment of madness" after he chased delivery driver Mohammed Gani in his car, before winding down his window and pointing a firearm at him.
Liverpool Crown Court heard on Monday, October 14 that Mr Gani was delivering food on Victoria Road, Tranmere, at around 6.30pm on August 9 this year.
Paul Blasbery, prosecuting, told the court that he pulled up his car outside an address when a man, later confirmed to be defendant Cooper, stepped aside and shouted at him to move.
