Celebrity Big Brother star Angie was married to Bowie for 10 years until 1980, during which time she claims he had an extramarital relationship with Laurita Watson.
In an unexpected turn of events, Angie and Laurita are now close friends and have united to share their unique story in the reality star’s new book Backstage Passes.
Laurita, now 82, recalls how she met Bowie in 1972 after she moved to London and opened a soul food restaurant in Chelsea. The Space Oddity singer reportedly popped in one day to try her southern fried chicken and the rest, as they say, is history.
