South Lanarkshire Council have slammed mindless fly-tipping in East Kilbride.The lockdown has seen an increase in rubbish being dumped with the recycling centres closed.But irresponsible dumpers are not only creating an eyesore they are also causing a health hazard.SLC took to their Facebook page to post a warning after a huge pile of waste was dumped in Owen Terrace in The Murray near to its junction with Chatham, on a patch of grass in full view of and right next to houses and flats.The post reads: “We want to thank the vast majority of residents who are looking out for one another and their communities.“A tiny number are being less considerate, and today our staff had to clear this pile of rubbish that was an eyesore and potential
