BRAD Pitt's motion to appeal the court's current custody decision was DENIED as his nasty divorce battle with Angelina Jolie rages on. The Academy-Award winner's attorneys asked that the courts review the case once more this past September after Judge John Ouderkirk was disqualified.

Angelina Jolie has been a single parent since splitting from husband Brad Pitt in 2016 but it has not been the easiest road for the Hollywood veteran.On Wednesday The Eternals actress told People magazinethat she is 'not a perfect parent' to her six kids adding she is very 'tough' on herself when it comes to being a matriarch.'Every day I feel like I'm more aware of everything I DON'T do right' the beauty shared.But she noted that the kids are patient and their 'kindness' has been very healing to her as she continues to fight Pitt in court over custody of five out of the six kids as Maddox is an adult.The kids are Maddox, 20, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 15, and 13-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

Once again, Brad Pitt, 57, found himself asking the California Supreme Court to review his ongoing custody battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie, 46, and once again, he’s found himself hitting a roadblock. In September, Brad’s attorneys petitioned the high court to review the case after Judge John Ouderkirk was taken off the case, and the previous ruling that granted Brad joint custody of his five minor children was voided. On Oct 27, the high court upload the appellate court’s disqualification, which was a blow to Brad’s quest to get more time with his little ones.
