Andy Robertson has sparked a major Scotland Euro 2024 injury scare after Steve Clarke's captain walked out of their first training session in Germany early. The squad arrived at their Garmisch-Partenkirchen base on Sunday evening and Clarke's men got straight down to business on Monday morning.
But worrying images have emerged with Liverpool star Robertson attended to by national team medical staff with star striker Lawrence Shankland also ending his session early.
Scotland are just four days away from their huge Group A clash with hosts Germany in Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena. Clarke has already been hit by huge injury problems after losing full backs Nathan Patterson and Aaron Hickey before naming the squad - and Lyndon Dykes and Ben Doak after his pool was revealed.
The cause of Robertson's early withdrawal is not clear, although a member of the Scotland coaching staff is due to speak to the media this afternoon.Follow Record Sport on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for all of the up-to-the minute breaking news, video and audio on the SPFL, the Scotland national team and beyond.
