Andrea Mitchell Anchors Final MSNBC Show With Surprise Sendoff From Present And Former Colleagues

Mitchell’s show has been on the network since 2008. She announced in October that she would be stepping down from the program, but would remain at NBC News as chief Washington correspondent and chief foreign affairs correspondent.
After thanking the show’s staff and past and current MSNBC executive, Mitchell told viewers, “Journalism is an enormous privilege and a responsibility.
