Amy Hart has revealed she's still in therapy over a year after Love Island came to an end. The reality TV star, 27, has said that going on the ITV2 show turned her into "totally different person".
She had a difficult time in the villa after falling hard for Curtis Pritchard and was then forced to walk when he broke up with her.
And Amy says she's now able to cope better with the anxiety she has suffered after seeking help. Speaking to The Sun, she said: "I'm still in therapy and it's made me totally different - I'm a lot more chilled.
