Amy Childs says she's 'on cloud 9' after 'surreal' birth of twins in new update

Amy Childs has gushed that she is "on cloud 9" after the birth of her twins in a new social media update.The 32 year old former TOWIE star welcomed the twins – a boy and a girl – into the world on 6 April, making her announcement of their arrival on Instagram a few days later.

Since then, she's been keeping her fans up to date with life at home as she adjusts to being a mum of four. She is also mother to Polly, five, and four-year-old son Ritchie, from previous relationships.

On Wednesday, the star took to her Instagram stories where she looked tired but blissful as she spoke directly to her fans and told them she and Billy are "on Cloud 9".

Amy said: "I'm just in this complete baby bubble. "The twins are absolutely perfect. I've had a couple of nights where I've had an hours' sleep...The night before, it was two hours sleep I think I had. "But honestly, you just look at their faces and you're like 'it's all just so worth it'. "The twins are fine - sleeping a lot through the day - up in the night time but sleeping through the day." "Me and Billy [Delbosq] are just the parents that are taking loads of videos and pictures, we can't stop kissing them, but yeah, it's just so surreal and it's just such an amazing feeling - I feel like I'm on Cloud 9." Announcing the twins' birth, Amy posted some adorable snaps from the hospital, as she cradled the boy baby and Billy cradled the girl.
