Faryal Makhdoom popped out to stock up at her local Tesco but donned a green mini-dress, thigh high, high-heel boots, a faux fur maxi coat and full make-up.
She posed in the Pretty Little Thing outfit - who she models for - standing in the supermarket aisle clutching a packet of Pampers.
The 28-year-old posted to her 886,000 Instagram followers: “Mommy of threeee @prettylittlething.” It came less than two weeks after she gave birth to her and Khan’s son Muhammad Zaviyar Khan who was born on February 22 weighing 7lbs 12oz.
