'American Idol' 2023: Eight Contestants Eliminated Ahead of Top 12

The latest episode of ABC’s hit singing competition series, hosted by Ryan Seacrest, aired on Monday night (April 24) and the Top 20 all performed for judges Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, and Luke Bryan again in hopes of advancing to the next round of the competition.
Throughout the episodes, eight contestants were eliminated, unfortunately getting sent home one week before Idol‘s first live shows of the season.
