perezhilton.comThe cause of Harry Hains’ death has been revealed. According to an announcement on Tuesday from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office, the Australian actor died of fentanyl intoxication.

In a series of photos of the 27-year-old, she wrote: Hains joins the long list of artists who lost their lives to fentanyl, including Prince, Mac Miller, and Lil Peep.
