msn.comAmber Heard has responded to allegations of abuse made against rock star Marilyn Manson in a tweet asking her followers: “Are you done ignoring it?”The Aquaman star, whose ex-husband Johnny Depp was found to be a “wife beater” by a High Court libel judge last year, said that she and Manson’s original accuser, actress Evan Rachel Wood, “aren’t the first one to raise our hands”.
