Amber Heard appeared on James Corden's The Late Late Show with two black eyes after Johnny Depp headbutted her, a court heard.

The High Court were told how the actress, 34, asked celebrity stylist Samantha McMillan, "Can you believe I just did that show with two black eyes?" Depp has brought a libel case against News Group Newspapers for a 2018 article in The Sun which branded him a "wife beater" - a claim he vehemently denies.

In his own words from testifying last week, Depp maintained he "accidentally" headbutted Amber on December 15 in 2015. On Tuesday, Ms McMillan said she had spent lots of the day with Amber on December 16 in preparation for the star's appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden.
