Amber Heard and Johnny Depp's messy legal battle led to various news outlets reporting that the actress has been fired from Aquaman 2.

Several international reports on Monday revealed that Amber has been asked to not return for filming which is slated to go on floors later this year.

Heard plays Xebellian princess Mera in the film and has gone on to have a prominent role ever since her first appearance in 2017's Justice League.

Several reports stated that Warner Bros decided to fire Heard for not staying fit and in her best shape ahead of filming. The reports claimed that the actress failed her physical exam and since her contract expects her to not gain weight in order to pull off stunts and action sequences, she has been fired.
