Amber Heard has claimed her ex husband Johnny Depp threatened to kill her many times in a written witness statement submitted as evidence to London's High Court.

The 34 year old actress made the allegation today as she took to the witness stand on the 10th day of the Pirates of the Caribbean actor's libel case.

Johnny, 57, is suing News Group Newspapers over a story published in The Sun in April 2018 which branded him as a "wife beater" – an allegation he vehemently denies.
