Tim Tam launched down under in the 1960s and quickly became a staple with Aussies, with many claiming the biscuits taste 'so much better' than biscuits found lining the aisles of British supermarkets.
Luckily, holidaymakers and backpackers won't need to stuff their suitcase full with the biscuits as Waitrose and Partners and Ocado are now stocking the delicious sweet treat.
But if you can't wait to try the chocolate bars, it may be worth picking them up from Amazon with next day delivery at no extra cost, if you're an Amazon Prime member.
Created in 1964 by biscuit company Arnott’s, Tim Tams are similar to a Penguin bar. They comprise of two crunchy biscuits sandwiched together with chocolate cream and coated in chocolate.
