Amanda Holden appeared to suffer from an unfortunate wardrobe mishap during her walk to work on Wednesday as her nipples were on show.The 51 year old presenter had chosen to wear an electric blue ribbed jumper dress in a midi length that kept a flattering fit around her curves.

Yet it seemed the Britain's Got Talent judge hadn't quite realised just how see-through the fabric was as her nipples were on display.

Smiley and enjoying the London sunshine, Amanda, who was recently spotted wearing an eye-catching botanical suit, didn't appear to notice the accidental reveal and she happily walked through West London's streets to Heart Radio's studio.
