ITV Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has been flooded with compliments after showing off her birthday cake - which was modelled on her own breasts.

Amanda turned 51 on February 16, but has been celebrating the big day for two weeks. A work of art. ..could hardly bear to cut into it." The cake quickly caught people's attention, and the comments started to pour in.
