Amanda Holden has revealed the hilarious gift that she was given by Simon Cowell for her 50th birthday.The 50 year old celebrated the milestone birthday on Tuesday by stripping completely naked in a saucy snap which saw her laying atop a three tier cake.

While many of her famous friends flocked to social media to wish the blonde beauty a happy birthday, her Britain's Got Talent co-star Simon sent her a very cheeky present.

She took to Instagram to thank her boss for his gift to her, sharing an image of the zimmer frame that had arrived at her home.
