With the Britain’s Got Talent final taking place on June 5, it’s all hands on deck for the popular ITV talent show. As well as being a judge on the show Amanda Holden needs to make sure she pulls out all the stops to look fabulous, with a team of up to seven assistants getting her show-ready.

The 51 year old, who sits alongside Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams on the judges panel, looks decades younger than her age, with her gym-honed figure and youthful visage.

She credits her youthful looks to her diet and exercise routine, however she doesn't mind the odd treat. In an exclusive interview with OK!, she said: “I do look after myself, I run, I do yoga, I’m a vegetarian.
