Amanda Holden took the meaning of birthday suit very literally when she posed completely naked on her 50th. The Britain's Got Talent judge took to her Instagram account on Tuesday, which was her birthday, to post a string of pictures to celebrate her milestone moment.

In the photos she posed on a giant white tiered birthday cake, which had stunning arrangements of pink flowers down the sides.

One snap showed her lying on her front on top of the cake, with her legs crossed in the air behind her and her arms crossed in front of her chest to protect her modesty.
