The beauty wore her honey tresses in loose waves and opted for a huge pair of black glasses to shield her eyes from the sun.
It comes after Amanda's football skills left a lot to be desired as she took a tumble during a game of football with colleague Ashley Roberts at Heart FM on Monday.
