Amanda Holden was left stunned to discover that a fan has had her face tattooed onto his leg.The Heart Breakfast presenter, 51, got to see the portrait for the first time during today's episode of the radio show and told her co-host Jamie Theakston she was "absolutely honoured".

Introducing the segment, Jamie revealed that he'd spoken to a tattoo artist called Beau who was recently asked to design a tattoo unlike any other.
